🗓️ Event Timeline

Thursday, June 26, 2025

• 5:00–6:00 PM – Group photos outside the venue (courtyard & park across the street)
• 6:00–7:00 PM – Guest check-in
• 7:00 PM – Doors close (no re-entry allowed once you leave)
• 7:15 PM – Welcome speech & dinner served
• 8:15 PM – Dancing begins
• 11:00 PM – Event concludes

Note: If you leave the venue at any time, you will not be allowed back in.

✅ Check-In Instructions

• All guests must check in between 6:00–7:00 PM.
• Doors close promptly at 7:00 PM — no late entry or re-entry allowed.
• Please bring:
  • Your prom ticket (digital or printed)
  • A valid photo ID

🚫 What NOT to Bring to Prom

To ensure a safe and enjoyable night for everyone, the following items are strictly prohibited:

• Vapes / E-cigarettes
• Cigarettes / Tobacco products
• Drugs or drug paraphernalia 
• Alcohol of any kind
• Weapons, sharp objects or exposed flames
• Outside food or beverages
• Inappropriate or offensive items (e.g., signage or props)

All guests will undergo bag checks and security screening upon entry. Anyone found with prohibited items will be asked to leave immediately. No refunds will be issued for violations.
